What type of subscription is right for me?

When will my subscription be billed?

You will be charged for your first month, right at check out. Recurring payments will be processed on the 24th of every month.

When will I receive my subscription box?

Your jewelry will ship out by the 5th of every month. You will receive an email confirmation of happy mail once your subscription box is shipped.

*If you are signing up past the 5th day of the month, your first subscription box will ship the following month. Example: It is March & you are subscribing on March 10th. You will receive your first box in April.

Have Commitment Issues?

No worries! You can cancel anytime. Simply send an email to [email protected] with the heading “Subscription Cancellation Request”.

*All cancellations must be done before the 24th of the month renewal date to avoid being charged. Our team is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Arizona Time. Therefore, requests must be sent to customer service within these business hours.

Can I gift a subscription?

ABSOLUTELY! (We’re secretly jealous of the loved one you’re sending it to.) You’ll be able to mark it as a gift & ship it directly to the lucky friend/family. We’ll even send a personalized note with their first box.

If you want to order this in addition to your own, please complete the orders separately.
